RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We are committed to providing a satisfying shopping experience for our customers. However, in the event of any issue, 77S is ready to support returns, exchanges, or refunds under the following terms:

1. General Regulations

  • All orders, once successfully delivered, cannot be canceled for any personal reason.
  • Customers may request an exchange or return within 24 hours from the time of receipt.
  • Requests must include the purchase invoice and the product in its original condition (including packaging).

2. Eligible Cases for Return/Exchange

We accept product exchange/return if the following situations occur:

  • Wrong product delivered, wrong size, wrong quantity or not as described in order.
  • The product is deformed, broken or affected during transportation.
  • Technical or quality defect confirmed upon inspection.

Note: 77S does not accept returns or refunds if the customer changes their mind or no longer needs the product.

When submitting a request, please provide:

  • Purchase invoice number;
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

4. Processing Procedure

  • The 77S team will respond and agree on an appropriate solution with the customer as quickly as possible.
  • If the product defect is verified, 77S will collect and exchange it for the same product type.
  • If an equivalent product is unavailable, the customer may choose another product of equal value.
  • If the customer requests a refund, it will be processed in a method agreed upon by both parties.
