77S Chocolate is committed to providing customers with a reliable and transparent shopping experience. Therefore, we apply a clear inspection policy to ensure your rights during the product receipt process.

1. Inspect upon receipt

Customers may inspect the goods upon delivery with the courier. However, please note that 77S Chocolate does not allow product trials at this stage.

After receiving the goods, if any issues are found, please contact our Customer Service team with a recorded video of the unboxing process with returns or exchanges for support.

2. Inspection scope

You may compare the received product with your confirmed order from 77S Chocolate. Specifically:

  • Verify product details: product code, name, reference image, color, flavor, etc.
  • Check quantities: ensure each item matches the ordered amount.
  • Packaging condition: gift box, seal, labels, and ensure no dents or tears.

Note: Please do not peel off the stamp, open the seal or try the product during the inspection process because it will void the return.

3. Save a video of the unpacking process

In case of any complaints after receiving the goods, a video recording of the entire package opening process will be necessary evidence to help us verify quickly and provide effective support.

Therefore, please rewind the unboxing process from the beginning until you see the entire product inside, including the shipping code and packaging condition.

4. Handling errors in orders

At 77S Chocolate, we are committed to handling each case fairly and transparently as follows:

✅ In case 77S Chocolate delivers the wrong product, missing goods, or defective goods from the supplier:

  • You have the right to refuse to receive the goods and do not need to pay.
  • If the order has been prepaid, 77S Chocolate will resend the correct product or refund as soon as possible using the original payment method.

⚠️ In case the customer changes his mind after receiving the correct order:

  • 77S Chocolate does not support product exchange/return if the product is as described, has no defects, and is not damaged.
  • We hope you consider carefully before ordering, especially with gift products and food products with short shelf life.
