Customers come directly to the company’s showroom for free consultation and purchase at 103 Tran Phu, Hai Chau Ward, Da Nang, Vietnam.

5. Service provision process

Service provision process: Reception → Quotation → Production → Delivery → Acceptance → After-sales.

  • Receive requests: Via website/email/phone/meeting. Find out the product needs and customer goals.
  • Consult & sign the contract: Send quotation, sample proposal, service agreement (wholesale, consignment, processing).
  • Production & quality control: 77S conducts manual processing; checks standards before packaging.
  • Packaging & delivery: Products are carefully packaged; update delivery status to customers.
  • Confirmation & acceptance: Customers receive goods, check; feedback if any.
  • After-sales & Support: If there is a problem, the customer requests an exchange or refund.
