- Currently, 77S Grand Chocolate delivers within Da Nang city and surrounding areas. Depending on the scope and requirements, third-party delivery services may be used.
Delivery methods:
- Orders will be delivered by partners such as Grab, Ahamove, or other trusted delivery services.
- Shipping fees are based on actual rates and paid directly to the driver. Our staff will inform customers of the fee before delivery.
2. Responsibility for Providing and Safeguarding Documents
For 77S Chocolate:
- All orders are carefully packaged and sealed before delivery.
- The packaging has full recipient information and order code.
- Each order comes with an electronic invoice generated from the sales system, which has legal validity to support returns or complaints.
For the delivery unit:
- The delivery unit transports goods strictly under the principle of “original seal – original package”.
- They must not open or alter the package contents during delivery.
- In case of lost documents or goods, the delivery unit is responsible for coordinating with 77S to handle the matter in accordance with the signed regulations and agreements.
3. Responsibility for handling damaged goods
- If the product is damaged during transportation, whether by store staff or a third-party carrier, 77S Grand Chocolate will be responsible for handling and supporting returns according to the Return – Refund Policy.
- Customers may refuse to receive the order if they detect damage, torn packaging, wrong product, or related defects.
- In all cases of delivery errors, we will work with the carrier to ensure maximum customer rights.
4. Delivery time
- Delivery time within Da Nang city will be agreed upon based on discussions and customer requests.
- For orders in other provinces (if supported), delivery time ranges from 2 – 7 working days depending on the area.
- In case of delays due to objective factors (weather, holidays, force majeure incidents, etc.), we will proactively inform customers.
5. Order cancellation policy
- Customers may cancel their orders before the order is handed over to the carrier.
